Reservations will be confirmed within 48 hours of making a Booking Request with fulfilled requirements
All tours, whether for individuals or groups, are guaranteed to operate. However, in rare cases of unavoidable events beyond the Company's controls such as major disruptions to travel they may not proceed. The service will be available only inside the tour vehicle and cannot be used elsewhere
Hotels generally allow check-in in the midafternoon, with rooms available between 12:00 and 14:00. If you want a room ready as soon as you arrive, you can request it for an extra charge. For details and pricing, contact PrettyFaces Of Sri Lanka.
Guests checking out late between 12:00hrs and 18:00hrs will be charged an extra 50% of the room rate. If the checkout happens after 18:00, the full room rate will apply. 100% fee of the relevant room rate must be settled to the Company.
If the requested hotel room type is unavailable, an alternative of similar capacity will be provided. In the rare event that a confirmed hotel booking is unavailable, the Company will make every effort to arrange accommodation of an equivalent standard within the same geographical area.
Please be advised we will be providing 3 – 4star rating Hotel accommodation. For the 4 and above rated accommodation arrangements, kindly state your requirement with the Tour operator.
Suite upgrades with special pricing are available for all tours, subject to availability, and can be requested at individual hotels.
Guests should specify requests like adjacent or connected rooms, preferred bedding, smoking rooms, or dietary needs at the time of booking. While the company will make every effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond its control.
Hotel child policies may vary depending on the hotel's rules. The Company may require passport copies at booking to verify the child's age.

Tour prices are established through agreements with the group leader. However, the Company reserves the right to revise or cancel pricing for future bookings without prior notice, if necessary.
The Company reserves the right to adjust itineraries, including sightseeing plans and accommodations such as hotels, transport, and transfers, due to unforeseen events or factors beyond its control.
While every effort will be made to follow the planned itinerary, changes may still occur after the final schedule is issued.
All internal air travel is non-refundable once final payment is made. Air reservations can only be confirmed after the Company receives a passport copy. Prices may change until full payment is received, and flight confirmation depends on availability.
Airlines operate independently and are not owned or managed by the Company. Your ticket is a contract between you and the airline, even if booked through the Company. The Company is not responsible for seat assignments, name changes, schedule adjustments, flight changes, or cancellations. If you modify or cancel your flight before or during your trip, airline fees will apply.
If your journey includes domestic flights, luggage allowances may vary, and additional charges may apply. The tour operator will provide specific baggage requirements before booking.
The Company assumes no liability for lost or damaged baggage during air travel, and all personal belongings remain the owner's responsibility throughout the travel program.
Program prices are quoted per person based on double or triple occupancy, unless otherwise specified. While price adjustments are not anticipated, unforeseen external factors may necessitate modifications after publication.
The Company is not obligated to provide a detailed cost breakdown for any journey.
Pre- and post-tour extensions are exclusively available to guests participating in the corresponding group journeys.
Unless specified in the itinerary, there is no minimum age requirement for children. However, all children under 18 and senior citizens requiring special care must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Some activities in the itinerary may have different age restrictions than the general minimum age requirement.

Wi-Fi in the tour vehicle is a complimentary but limited service available on select Company tour packages. The free data allowance depends on the number of travelers and the tour duration. If the provided data bundle is used up, travelers can purchase additional data on the same Wi-Fi connection. For more details, please contact your Company tour operator.
The Company is not responsible for Wi-Fi speed or reception, as it depends on network coverage in each area.
This service will be available exclusively within the tour vehicle for the duration of the trip and cannot be accessed outside the vehicle.
Each passenger on a Company tour package will receive a complimentary 500ml bottle of water daily.
This service does not apply to transfers, city tours, or individual activities.
Certain activities in select itineraries require a minimum level of fitness for full participation. Guests must notify the Company in advance if they have any physical condition or disability that could prevent them from joining activities or pose a risk to themselves or others. By booking, guests confirm that neither they nor their travel companions have conditions that could create such hazards.
The Company is not responsible for incidents involving guests with inadequate fitness levels and reserves the right to remove, at the participant's expense, any individual whose physical condition or behavior disrupts the tour or affects the experience of others.
All guests must comply with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka.
The Company is not responsible for any incidents caused by guests that disrupt national harmony or otherwise.
Travel insurance is not included in any Company tour package. Guests are responsible for confirming whether their local health insurance covers travel. For further details, please contact your insurance provider
The Company highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover all aspects of your tour, including deposit losses due to cancellations, lost baggage and personal items, personal injury, and death. If insurance is declined, a waiver must be signed.
Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying the required valid travel documents. It is recommended that all travelers check with the relevant government authorities to determine necessary documentation.
A valid passport is mandatory for all guests, and it must remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date of the journey, with sufficient blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.
Failure to provide proper documentation may result in denied boarding or removal from a domestic airline or vessel, without entitlement to a refund, payment, compensation, or credit. Additionally, guests may be responsible for any fines or costs incurred by the Company due to improper documentation or noncompliance with applicable regulations
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit per Person Required at Time of Booking
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the tour price per person plus bank charges (credit card/bank transfer processing fees, online processing fees) is required upon confirmation of the booking, which may vary depending on the guest’s required tour. Once a deposit is received it is understood that guests have read, understood and accepted all our terms and conditions provided by the Company on the final Tour documentation received by the guest.
The remainder must be settled upon arrival to Sri Lanka before the tour commences. Also, it is payable via a bank transfer or online payment (Transaction fees or Bank charges may apply) before the intended arrival to Sri Lanka. (If Bank transfer it is mandatory to provide the draft).
The payment upon arrival can be made by Cash: Currencies accepted are Euro, Dollar American, Dollar Canadian, Sterling Pound, and Sri Lankan Rupees). Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost.

All quoted prices include the currently applicable taxes set by the Department of Inland Revenue – Sri Lanka and are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will take effect on the date they are received via email. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 84 days before arrival: No cancellation fee (the 10% refundable deposit will be forfeited)
57–84 days before arrival: 30% of the total holiday cost
37–56 days before arrival: 50% of the total holiday cost
22–36 days before arrival: 70% of the total holiday cost
07–21 days before arrival: 90% of the total holiday cost
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total holiday cost
In some cases, a higher deposit may be required to secure arrangements, which will be non-refundable and added to the cancellation fees above.
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total holiday cost, excluding non-refundable insurance premiums. Charges depend on the number of days before the guest’s departure and the date the cancellation notice is received by the Company—this date is not the same as the booking or inquiry date. Any modifications to tour charges are non-refundable. For insurance-related cancellations, please refer to your insurance provider’s policy.
For group cancellations, the Company will adjust the holiday cost for the remaining travelers. Guests with confirmed hotel accommodation are responsible for additional room charges, such as single room supplements.
If a supplier's cancellation fees exceed the deposit amount, the additional cost may be passed on to the traveler. Please contact the Company for further details on applicable charges.
Refunds will not be provided for any missed services. To be considered, verifiable claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the program ends, along with supporting documentation. Any adjustments will be based on the actual cost of the affected services, not calculated on a per-day basis. Unused sightseeing tours or meals will not qualify for adjustments.
The Company is not liable for claims submitted beyond the 15-day deadline.
The Company may capture photographs and videos during any program and use them for promotional purposes both during and after the trip. By booking a program, guests consent to their images being used in such materials.
Those who do not wish to have their images used should inform their tour operator at the start of the program.
The Company, along with its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates, does not own or operate any properties or entities providing travel-related goods or services. Instead, it purchases transportation, lodging, dining, and other services from independent suppliers, including affiliated companies. As these suppliers act as independent contractors, the Company is not liable for any negligent or intentional actions by them or any third parties.
Additionally, the Company is not responsible for any injuries, financial or physical losses, death, inconvenience, delays, or damage to personal property resulting from various circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, illness, war, civil unrest, strikes, criminal or terrorist activities, service overbooking or downgrades, food poisoning, transportation failures, or delays.
Adventure travel involves inherent risks that may lead to illness, injury, or death, especially in remote locations far from medical facilities. Guests assume full responsibility for these risks when participating in such trips.
By choosing to engage in certain high-risk activities—including excursions involving animals, scuba diving, hot air ballooning, ziplining, climbing, rafting, and primate tracking—guests acknowledge the associated risks and accept full responsibility for their safety. They agree to release the Company, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability related to these activities.
Furthermore, guests waive any claims against the Company for property damage, activity cancellations, illness, personal injury, or death resulting from participation. They also agree to indemnify the Company against claims made by third parties related to their involvement.
Any additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or unrest are the responsibility of the travelers. Guests are required to have full travel insurance.
ANY PAYMENT MADE TO THE COMPANY SIGNIFIES THE GUEST’S ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREIN, AS WELL AS THOSE DETAILED IN THE PRE-TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION, INCLUDING THE GUEST INFORMATION FORM.
The Company reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in its published materials and to update these Terms and Conditions in response to legislative or regulatory changes. Any amendments will take effect automatically upon being posted on the Company website.
